Spicy Lemon Pepper Mushroom Wings
I tried the spicy lemon pepper mushroom wings and was honestly surprised by how good they were. Crispy, flavorful, and way heartier than I expected. They actually eat like a meal, not an appetizer. Big flavor, great texture, and easily something I'd order again. Well done!

Literally 11/10. I am in awe of how amazing these wings are! I am vegan and I was so amazed to find this fully vegan restaurant "in the wild" with such unique and delicious options!

Spicy Lemon Pepper Mushroom Wings
For a little background - I avoid a lot of meat substitutes. I personally would rather have meat than most of the beyond meat products, so although everything I have ever eaten here has tasted exceptional, what i order for my own meal is pretty limited. I also love real wings. I have had the mushroom wings here (the flavors rotate often) several times, and they are truly exceptional. It is my automatic go to any time I am here, and I am never, ever disappointed. They come out hot, and fresh every single time...and the sauces are always truly top notch. The texture of the oyster mushroom is really good, and the portion size is massive. I would strongly recommend these to anyone, as I think anyone would fall in love with these. They are on par with the top notch quality i have come to expect from the food at Pig Minds, despite how limited what I actually choose is. Everyone should order these once, it's worth it!
